Mit AppComm erfahren diese Medien eine logische Weiterentwicklung und sind dabei für Fahrdienstmitarbeiter maßgeschneidert als native App auf dem Mobiltelefon verfügbar. Die kennwortgeschützte Anmeldung ist einfach und kann in der App gespeichert werden.
AppComm bietet Übersichten zu Dienstplänen, Saldenständen, Urlaubsanträgen, persönlichen und öffentlichen Dokumenten und kann diese persistent vorhalten. Damit sind (fast) alle Informationen auch in Offline-Situationen jederzeit verfügbar. Durch Push-Benachrichtigungen können Fahrer aktiv über aktuelle Änderungen an ihren Dienstplänen oder Urlauben informiert werden. Auch Informationen zu Tauschanfragen und hinterlegten Nachrichten oder über zu versteigernde Dienste werden den Fahrdienstmitarbeitern per Push-Funktion signalisiert.
AppComm ermöglicht ebenfalls die direkte Interaktion mit ihrer Disposition. Es können schnell und einfach Urlaubs- oder Überstundenanträge abgesetzt werden, ein Diensttausch beantragt oder Fahrzeugschäden erfasst werden.
WICHTIGER HINWEIS: Zur Nutzung der App muss der AppComm-Dienst vom Fahrbetrieb zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Das klassische MOBILE-PERDIS WebComm funktioniert nicht in Kombination mit der App.
