The AIB Authenticator App enables 2FA (second factor authentication) for your AIB account. The App provides an additional layer of security which will allow you to log in or authenticate critical transactions on your account. Once you are set up you simply have to enter your password, and then approve or deny the push notification sent to your phone. Enrolment is easy. Once you download the app follow the steps to register your device. As part of enrolment you may be asked to create a Digital Profile. Your Digital Profile is a representation of identity information and security credentials which will allow us to uniquely identify you so you enjoy our services more securely. Services Available • Manage your Digital Profile • Set up or reset your Digital password • Business cardholders can authenticate online purchases for Debit or Credit card transactions.
