Collecting your activity data Step, workout and Mindfulness data will automatically sync in the background, and can take a minimum of two hours to process and be sent to Vitality. Important information You need to be a Vitality member to use this app. Log into the app using your Member Zone username and password. If you don’t have a Member Zone account yet, register on the app using your Vitality membership number.
