Castagner - Grappa Fuoriclasse Leon Riserva 7 anni 0,7 l Der Grappa Fuoriclasse Leon Riserva 7 anni der Destillerie Castagner ist ein Blend aus drei Grappas, welche einzeln destilliert werden. Dieser Blend reift für insgesamt 7 Jahre im Fass. Zunächst findet eine Reifung für 3 Jahre in Kirschholzfässern statt und anschließend reift er für 4 Jahre in Fässern aus Eichenholz. Geschmacklich zeigt sich der Grappa sehr aromatisch mit Noten von Kirsche, roten Früchten und Nuancen von Vanille und Trockenfrüchten. Die ideale Serviertempertatur beträgt zwischen 18 und 20 Grad Celsius. Wir empfehlen diesen Grappa mit einer dunklen Schokolade mit sehr hohem Kakaoanteil zu genießen.
