Hi, i have questions about shadows on the face. Why is the shadow on the face so angular? It seems to be because of the topology, right? When I apply a Subdivision Modifier (Level 3), the shadow becomes rounder. But I want to avoid generating more geometry. Is there perhaps another reason and therefore another solution? Is it possible that the shadow does not follow the exact structure of the face, but simply runs in a “straight” line to the side, as shown here? Image by brgf...
