Depuis deux ans, Hespul teste la vidéo participative comme outil d’animation visant à susciter les échanges sur le climat et l’environnement au sein de groupes de citoyens. Cette méthode leur permet de réaliser collectivement une vidéo pour exprimer un message ou des questions sur l’impact du changement climatique dans leur quotidien. La vidéo participative permet ainsi aux collectifs accompagnés d'interpeller d'autres habitants ou leurs élus locaux lors de projections-débat, en vue de lancer une dynamique locale. Deux groupes se sont prêtés au jeu : des étudiants de l’Alliance Française de Lyon pour une vidéo « Numérique et environnement », et des membres de la MJC La Duchère avec « Climat : La Duchère s’interroge ». L’occasion pour les habitants de prendre la main sur des sujets trop souvent réservés aux experts ! Cette méthode est désormais disponible grâce à 9 modules gratuits en ligne.
