Az összeomló egészségügyi rendszer miatt rengeteg ember jogait megsértik az ellátásuk során. Ezt azonban nem elég az egyes kórházakon, rendelőkön és egészségügyi dolgozókon számon kérni, rendszerszintű változásra van szükség az egészségügyben.
