Parts are returned Plug and Play. Service requires original ECM and donor/replacement ECM to be shipped in for programming/data transfer. If original ECM is missing or severely damaged, we will need the instrument cluster (in case of Audi A4 or Audi A3) or Steering Lock J518 Module (A6).
