The MSPCA’s legislative and public policy work is essential to bringing about long-term change for all animals. Our work also includes working with the public and providing resources and information on how to live humanely with our wild neighbors. This work is sustained through our volunteer Animal Action Team members, and Community Advocacy Leaders, who take action by write letters, make phone calls, attend lobby days at the Massachusetts State House, and meet with legislators to help improve the lives of animals.
