The amount of pushups per day are based on the amount of pushups you do on day 0. --- Time Attack --- Select a time and challenge yourself to beat the record. You can take as many breaks as you want and there is no 5 second rule in this mode. There are some challenging records already set for you to beat. --- Custom --- Want to finish off your chest workout by doing 3 sets of 20 reps with 1 minute rest in between?
