Hi Everyone and Welcome to April Plank Pilates. I started teaching Pilates over 20 years ago and have helped hundreds of clients reach their health and fitness goals. I am a NCPT (nationally certified Pilates teacher) and have a MS in both Exercise Science and Health Enhancement and Appraisal. I’m a lifelong athlete and use my background as a former gymnast, college athlete, fitness instructor, marathoner, and personal trainer to build fun, effective, creative Pilates workouts.
