Being high time to act upon, we decided to launch a secured cloud-based platform specifically designed for prevention and management of diabetes and other life styles diseases in the community which meets the following criteria- 1. Data and privacy protection. 2. User friendly electronic health record. 3. Making the system as simple as possible for the patients. 4. Promote self-monitoring of blood glucose and home blood pressure monitoring. 5. Significantly cut down the cost of treatment. 6. Facilitate diet and life style management for diabetes prevention and treatment. 7. Prompting the clinician for screening for complications of diabetes. 8. Provide diabetes education. 9. Concurrence with guidelines issued by ministry of health and family welfare for telemedicine. We aim to ensure easily accessible and trustworthy diabetes care.
