Most therapists have a hard time keeping track of all the information they need over the multiple years it takes to meet these requirements. On your license application forms, you have to provide number of client hours, categories of clients, categories of supervision hours, types of CEU credits, supervisor signatures – it’s a lot! That’s where License Tracker comes in. The app makes it easy for you to keep all this information in one place. It keeps you organized so you don’t have to think about how to keep track of everything. Log your hours, view your progress, store your CEU info, and keep your supervisor’s contact info all in one place. And don’t worry, your information will be saved even if you lose your phone or get a new one. When you first load the app, License Tracker will start by asking you to select your state. It will then populate goals for the number of client, supervision, and CEU hours you need for licensing. You can change these as needed. Once that’s done, you can start entering your hours and categories for each client or supervision session (no client information is recorded). After you’ve started logging your hours, go to the dashboard to see your overall progress. From there, you can go to the individual client, supervision, and CEU progress screens to get a detailed breakdown for each type of activity. The detail screens even include an estimated timeline of when you’ll hit your goal based on your current pace. Finally, you are also able to record all of your supervisors’ contact info and their license details.
