The department of education and culture of the ladin poeple in South Tyrol - Innovation and Counselling - presents the project Storiesapp. The project Stories: 7 stories in 5 languages is available on iPad and iPhone. After the publication of the book with CD, the former Ladin Pedagogical Institute, now Innovation and Counselling, developed together with its partners this app, mainly thought for integrated multilingual teaching. Children are particularly keen on dealing with stories, languages, multimedia and pictures. “Stories” has become an interactive project, that enables to read and to listen to stories. A smooth transition from one language to the other is provided by using the keys. Each scene is animated and thus stimulates the curiosity of the children. Each story has been translated into 5 languages: Ladin –in the idioms of Val Badia and Gherdëina-, Italian, German and English. www.pedagogich.it
