Electronic Visit Verification (EVV): lock-In and Clock-Out with the simple tap of a button. Whether the visit occurs in the home, or out in the community, HHAeXchange will verify the start of the visit by matching an approved patient address to the clock-in GPS coordinates. Scheduling: See your scheduled visits in real-time. View patient info like demographics, plan of care tasks specific to the patient, and directions to the patient’s home. Case Broadcasting: Get immediate notifications when a shift becomes available and request or reject it on the spot. Visit Notes: Easily add comprehensive visit notes, including text, image, and/or recorded audio. Messaging: Communicate with your agency in real-time through the App’s Message Center.
