A quaint log cabin in great condition with all the amenities. The cabins are made of real logs just like you would want and expect in the mountains. They offer a covered back deck with a swing, rocking chairs, and an electric grill. Inside you have the master bedroom, a loft serving as a second, and a shared bathroom. The living room and kitchen area share a space and is great size for couples or even families wanting to share a space together. All the cabins have their own unique touch to give it personality and all the resting spaces give the comfort you are looking for during your stay. There are 4 cabins along side of each other. They each have two parking spaces to the left of them. The drive is private and quiet. Only 3 minutes from the main road (Soco Rd/19), 5-10 minutes from the fairgrounds, restaurants, golf resort, ski lodge, tubing, sweet shops, Blue Ridge Parkway, and Waynesville. Sunny Bear Log Cabin is the third cabin. You have access to a covered front deck with an electric grill, a relaxing swing, and rocking chairs. You can walk the property along the driveway down or through the front yard to the rushing river. From there you can even have a brisk walk to town or watch for elk in the nearby pasture!
