Furthermore, notable research shows that adults who stay well-hydrated appear to be healthier, develop fewer chronic conditions, and live longer compared to those who may not get sufficient fluids [3].If you lose more fluids than you take in, you run the risk of becoming dehydrated which can lead to many negative side effects (such as sweating, vomiting, and experiencing diarrhea).
