The new VIDA fitness app was created by Smart Help Clubs to give you better access to VIDA amenities and enhance your workout in an innovative way. You can use the app to track your food and workouts with the Health App that is already installed on your iPhone in order to gather data, and sync workout information. VIDA will ask you to allow read-write access to your nutrients and existing data, but this will only be visible to you. Your information will not be shared with anybody else and will be solely for personal use.
