Our secure and confidential app allows you to obtain the solutions and support that you need, at the time that you need them; including resources to help you manage your well-being with useful tips, support tools, helpful articles, assessments, motivational exercises, informative videos, benefit information, and TalkNow® to help connect you to care that is personalized, immediate, and confidential. Once downloaded, you will need to enter the password provided by your benefits representative to log-in.
