Each business and each employee create their own profile. The employer can request to add the employee’s profile to their business, which then gives only this selected employer permission to view and leave work performance reviews. It is up to the employer how often they want to leave reviews. Once the performance review is posted, it is there for good and cannot be edited or deleted by the employee. The performance reviews are easily accessible at any time and from anywhere by the employee or their selected employer. If the employee starts a new job, all they do is change their current employer.
