The Rapid Geriatric Assessment Clinic (RGA Clinic) app is developed to screen older adults in healthcare setting or community for frailty, sarcopenia, dementia and anorexia of ageing with assisted management. It also includes a screening tool to evaluate caregiver’s well-being. Traditional comprehensive geriatric assessment takes about 45 minutes and require a geriatrician. The mobile app cuts down the time to just 5 mins. The RGA assessments in the app are created by Professor John E Morley and is validated around the world. It is an effective strategy which is rapid, cost effective and does not require a qualified geriatrician to administer assessments. The RGA Clinic app is the first geriatric assessment app which can also screen for geriatric syndrome including screening for depression with assistant management pathway. The app provides additional advance features such as: 1. Interactive and simple to use UI 2. Generating of CSV files and custom PDF reports for participants 3.
