RGA Clinic vs ESC CVD Risk Calculation Utilisation & Stats

The Rapid Geriatric Assessment Clinic (RGA Clinic) app is developed to screen older adults in healthcare setting or community for frailty, sarcopenia, dementia and anorexia of ageing with assisted management. It also includes a screening tool to evaluate caregiver’s well-being. Traditional comprehensive geriatric assessment takes about 45 minutes and require a geriatrician. The mobile app cuts down the time to just 5 mins. The RGA assessments in the app are created by Professor John E Morley and is validated around the world. It is an effective strategy which is rapid, cost effective and does not require a qualified geriatrician to administer assessments. The RGA Clinic app is the first geriatric assessment app which can also screen for geriatric syndrome including screening for depression with assistant management pathway. The app provides additional advance features such as: 1. Interactive and simple to use UI 2. Generating of CSV files and custom PDF reports for participants 3. ESC CVD Risk Calculation

The ESC CVD Risk Calculation App is designed for healthcare professionals. It provides calculators assessing individual cardiovascular risk. It includes calculators for primary and secondary prevention in various populations: 1. SCORE2 2. SCORE2-OP 3. SCORE2-Diabetes 4. ASCVD 5. SMART 6. SMART-REACH* 7. DIAL* 8. LIFE-CVD* * Available online on U-Prevent (Internet connection required) The ESC CVD Risk Calculation App is available in English. It provides guidance to the most adapted calculator for your patient, and provides an estimation of cardiovascular risk. Of note, patient data are not stored in the App. This application is only for informative use and is not intended to provide therapeutic support or diagnosis assistance. This Application is powered by the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), based upon the source codes of the U-Prevent webtool, a concept developed by University Medical Center Utrecht, redesigned and owned by ORTEC. The SCORE2, SCORE2-OP and SCORE2-Diabetes calculators were developed in collaboration with the ESC Cardiovascular Risk Collaboration unit. The Application has recently been updated in the framework of the EAPC IMPLEMENT Programme (2023) which was supported by Novo Nordisk in the form of an educational grant. The sponsor did not have any involvement or influence on the features nor on the scientific content within the Application.
