Senior Life Scout is an app to streamline the hiring process of new agents for hiring managers with Senior Life Insurance Company. Upon being imported into the app, contacts will be automatically messaged with emails and texts. Afterwards, the app will continue to facilitate communication between the hiring manager and their potential recruits. Agents will be given the ability to add these recruits to a variety of campaigns related to the hiring process and each campaign walks the potential recruit through our entire contracting process, from following up with the recruit immediately after they submit their application to the licensing process to actually being contracted.
