You can choose how many days per week you would like to train and choose from the abundance of delicious recipes. You will be provided with a daily workout and diet to follow from a library of healthy and delicious recipes. You can also connect your Apple Watch to the app to track your progress during live workout sessions with Nicole. This app promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle that is achievable for everyone to follow. Your workouts will have a range of intensity levels, but all are doable for all fitness levels and no longer than 1 hour. The app includes quick & effective workouts, challenges, Weekly live sessions, and a community filled with like-minded individuals who have put their Fitness & Health first. Connect with your Apple Watch and Health app to bring your workouts into the app. We have been using Health Kit to facilitate users to track their health data when they do workouts, They can enable the iWatch option from the Devices section under Account, the User has to open the iWatch App and Start Session, Those health data like Heart Rate and Calorie Burn will be seen in Workouts Menu under Accounts
