Flourish Health enables a full, meaningful recovery for all adolescents with early indicators of serious mental health concerns, such as schizophrenia, bipolar, manic depression, and others. By combining evidence-based clinical care, sensor-based technology, and value-based contracting, we are able to provide care to the most at-risk adolescents when and where they need it. Today, we work with the largest health plans in the country, supporting members on Medicaid, Foster Care, and Commercial Insurance, as well as other specialty health plans. We are a team of world class clinical experts, researchers, software engineers and data scientists, with decades of experience in mental healthcare. We have all been affected by serious mental health conditions and their impact on families and friends. Many of us are in lasting recovery ourselves.
