The advance booking function allows you to book the VVS Rider ride up to seven days in advance. After entering the start and destination points, the trip can be "planned". For this purpose, the VVS Rider app offers a 20-minute pick-up window for the pre-booked ride. The day before you will receive an automated trip reminder and on the pick-up day you will be informed of the exact pick-up time as well as the pick-up location 30 minutes before the start of the trip. The VVS-Rider is also barrier-free. Most vehicles are equipped with a ramp that allows the passenger with a wheelchair to enter the vehicle. Special safety devices ensure safe transport. A barrier-free ride can be ordered directly in the VVS Rider app. To do this, you have to click on the menu item "Passenger settings" that a wheelchair-accessible vehicle is required.
