All you have to do is grab your phone, hit the record button, go for a walk, and talk into the App. · Record yourself talking about the things that are important to you. · Capture insights and see them turned into text. · Review your insights and spend time thinking about what they mean to you. · Turn your insights into actions, creating a digital ‘to do’ list of things that you know are important to you. By talking it out you can think out loud and change your whole relationship with what has literally been “on your mind”.
