SBL DigiBanking is an app based banking solution for the general users & SBL Account Holders. It has two (2) operation modules Information Module (Products, Service, Benefit, EMI Partner, Location, Message, Contact, Help etc) Banking Module (Banking, Bills Pay, Fund Transfer) Information Module: Information module can be accessed by any users all over the world. It contains: SBL ATM, BRANCH, CDM, Agent locator etc Details of any SBL Banking product and can apply for any product Details of different EMI & Discount offer on SBL Credit Card Branch Contact Details, Head Office Contact Details etc Contact SBL Hotline or email to contact center etc Banking Module: In order to get access to the banking module, customer will have to visit branch once to collect the unique User ID & Password of SBL DigiBanking. In order to ensure security, we have introduced one time password during beneficiary add and transaction. We have also incorporated the IMEI number to restrict the login only from customer’s known device. In the Banking Module customer can access the following features: Details of your savings/current account. Outstanding of your FDR/DPS Outstanding of your loan account Last 5 transactions Service Request ( Positive Pay Instruction , Account Statement etc) Fund Transfer to Own Account (if available) Fund Transfer to any SBL Account Fund Transfer to Other Bank Account WASA Bill Payment Credit Card Bill Payment Mobile Recharge (GP, Robi, Airtel, Teletalk, Banglalink, Citycell) Compatibility: SBL DigiBanking is compatible with any device having Android OS 4.1 or above IOS 7 or above
