Access and usage This app is designed for use only within managed organizations, schools, or universities that operate their own Ricoh myPrint server. The app has no functionality without a valid account provided by the respective organization, school, or university. Some organizations may allow users to create their own account using an email address and password through a secure portal. These credentials are processed and stored solely by the respective organization and are used only to enable printing within its environment. Users must still have physical access to the printers within the organization to release print jobs. The app contains no advertisements, no in-app purchases, and no public communication or social features. The app may also be used by students as part of their school’s managed environment. Privacy and data handling The Ricoh myPrint app does not collect, share, or transmit personal data beyond authentication handled by the user’s organization, school, or university. Documents sent for printing are temporarily and securely stored in encrypted form within the organization’s Ricoh myPrint environment, solely for the purpose of completing the print job. All print data is automatically deleted once the job is completed or the retention period expires. Ricoh does not access, analyze, or retain the content of print jobs or user credentials. All data processing remains under the control of the organization, school, or university that operates the print environment.
