And more To access your health record information, you must have an M Health Fairview account. If you already have an M Health Fairview MyChart account, you’re good to go. Please note: You can use your existing M Health Fairview MyChart username and password for this app. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one in the app with the “Sign Up Now” link using an activation code from your provider, or by providing and confirming some personal information. You don’t need an account to utilize the “Find Care” features. This app includes support for the Google Fit app, allowing it to integrate with your medical record. This feature also provides the option for built-in sharing of data—such as blood pressure, blood glucose, and weight—from other health and fitness apps to keep your provider up to date.
