Schedule and manage appointments with our trusted providers. View lab results as soon as they’re ready. Quickly find doctors, care locations and pay bills securely. Get treatment fast for common conditions such as cold, flu, COVID-19, urinary tract infections, pink eye and sinus infections with on-demand Virtual Urgent Care. * With the Ballad Health app, you can also: - Review doctor’s notes and after-visit summaries - Message your provider with care questions - View vaccination records - Estimate your medical bill - Request prescription refills - Manage your family’s health information via proxy access** Note: Certain features listed are only available with a Ballad Health MyChart login. Talk with a Ballad Health provider or team member to set up your account. *For on-demand Virtual Urgent Care visits, you can pay with a credit card or a health savings account (HSA) card. You are responsible for the cost of any prescriptions, over-the-counter treatments, or follow-up visits you may need related to medications. Non-video visits are a $40 flat fee. Video visits are a $55 flat fee, or billable to insurance. If you don't have insurance, no problem - you'll only pay the flat fee.
