astendo Event app analytics for July 14

astendo Event is an app for customers of astendo GmbH who use the astendo eventManager. For years, astendo has successfully supported numerous customers with the eventManager in the entire management of events—from planning and online attendee management to on-site accreditation. The eventApp now provides attendees and guests with mobile access to event information, completing the event service for our customers. Specifically, the app offers the following functions for event attendees: • Mobile availability of important event information (name, date, logo, location) as well as an event overview. • Content is configurable by the organizer within the eventManager, allowing them to determine which website content is displayed in the app. • Tickets for attendees including booking number, name, and QR code. • Notifications from organizers, such as changes of venue or cancellations. • Live chat between organizers and attendees enables exchange before and after events and allows for the quick distribution of messages. • Self-Check-In: Attendees can check themselves into the event, thereby shortening their waiting time on-site. astendo Event is available in English, German and French.
