Westmoreland Clerk of Courts app analytics for August 31

The Westmoreland County Clerk of Courts mobile application is an interactive app developed to help improve communication with area residents. The Westmoreland County Clerk of Courts app allows residents to easily make payments, search records, access PACFile, Clean Slate, and Expungements, connect with PASAVIN, and other interactive features, as well as provides the community with the latest news and information. The app is another public outreach effort developed by the Westmoreland County Clerk of Courts to improve communication with our constituents. The app is not intended to be used to serve as legal notice or to effectuate service.
