Shifa application is considered as the largest platform for electronic health care services for hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and Radiology centers by providing electronic reservations service for these entities. The Shifa application is the only one that provides an insurance approval service for services provided by hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and Radiology centers through those entities. Shifa is distinguished by that it is the first medical application in Kuwait provides the remotely consultation services. Shifa application also has the advantage of helping application users to obtain the appropriate doctor by researching through specialty, hospital name, clinic name or location.
