VeriCool SwiftOrder is a mobile optimised pre-order solution for all mobile platforms. Students can authenticate their identity using accepted secure protocols to set up their app for pre-ordering food through the SwiftQ hosted platform Once accessed, students can select a day, several days up to a week to pre-order food by each session the school/caterer promotes Students are presented with options of what food items they can order by specific sessions such as breakfast, break-time, and lunch Students will be able to scroll through the menu items, selecting what they wish to order and submit their order to their own shopping cart Once they have completed their selection, they can re-direct to their shopping cart and review their chosen order before submitting the order to their school Students can only order for a specific day before the displayed cut off is exceeded If they change their mind, they can amend the qty, de-select their chosen option(s) or cancel their entire order If they are happy to proceed, they confirm their order and checkout at which point their order is placed with the school kitchen/caterer The orders placed on-line are collated in real-time with swiftQ cashless catering module to provide the kitchen with an exact number of meals to be prepared, for who and which session
