Target Users. Good sleepers Goal. To determine the individual’s best fit sleep duration and phase for optimal daytime performance, mood, and health. Method. To gather subjective and/or objective sleep data concurrent with multiple measures of daytime function. These data are assessed, individual by individual, to determine what constitutes their optimal sleep. Daytime function is currently assessed in terms of sleepiness, fatigue, and performance. In the near future our focus will be extended to medical health measures. Stage of Development. The program algorithm has a patent and proof of concept studies are underway. Final Product. Direct to consumer.
