DocSnipes is An Add-on app for our students and staff for free. DocSnipes training offers tips for depression and anxiety relief, healing from trauma, and improving relationships. We offer a variety of self-help tools to help you develop the skills needed to understand and address the things that are keeping you from living your rich and meaningful life. The helpful tools are delivered in the form of video, text, and downloadable pdf.
