PTO Planner app analytics for August 31

PTO Planner is for those of us who are allotted a certain amount of paid time off during the year that does not carry over to the next year. This app lets us block out time off and provides a calendar perspective on the days we've used and how many we have left. Swipe left or right on the calendar to change the month and up or down to go to the beginning or end of the year. Tap any of the colored PTO counts to check which category it belongs to. You can create your own categories (among other things) by tapping the Settings button in the top left corner. Any of your categories can be full days, morning (AM) or afternoon (PM). And you can mix and match on the same day! If a day is marked with a different background, it's a holiday. Tap on it if you're not sure which it is. If there's a colored line under the day number, it's time off (color-coded). Tap on those days to check on what they are. Long press (about a half-second) to assign or clear time off for that day. That's it! It works under the KISS policy. We can plan our whole year ahead of time or as we go. Really comes in handy around October when the boss reminds us to use up that PTO before the end of the year so we don't lose it!
