Scale servings per meal. Tonight, this weekend, two weeks out — your call. When you don't feel like thinking, tap Auto-plan and the app shuffles your library into the empty days. List One tap turns the plan into a grocery list, grouped by store section. Pantry deductions happen quietly: if you have flour at home, it doesn't show up.
