FIND YOUR OWN PACE • Set a session from 10 to 120 minutes: a 25-minute study block, a chapter of a book or time for deeper work. • Choose a river or sea, daylight or sunset, and the sounds that suit your mood. • Return to your last settings or prepare a waterside from a past session. • Optionally block apps and categories during focus. You choose the permission and what to restrict.
