PUBLISH A TRIP Draw your route on a full-screen map — start, destination and any stops along the way. Set your departure time, how many seats or how many kilograms you have free, and what you are asking per passenger. Then set your limits, which is what keeps this workable: how far from your start you will collect someone, how far from your destination you will drop them, and how far off your route you are prepared to go at all. Passengers who do not fit those limits never reach you. Driving the same route every week? Publish it once as a recurring trip — weekdays, weekends, or the exact days you choose. Publish it as a standing arrangement and fill it a month at a time instead of trip by trip. Register your Mini, Van or Bus, choose the schools you serve or up to three offices you finish at, set your seats and your monthly price, and draw your route for the morning and the afternoon separately. Charge less for a morning-only or afternoon-only seat if you want to. Draw your coverage area — how far from your start, your route and your destinations you are willing to come — and passengers simply cannot ask for a pickup outside it. No more requests that would send you across the city. Approve or decline each seat request with the passenger's own pickup point shown on a map against your route. The daily run screen lists who is expected, where and when, with the parent or passenger one tap away. Your card turns orange while a leg is under way, and closing the app mid-run keeps sharing your location for 30 minutes so nobody loses you by accident. Every school van and office run is reviewed by AiGo before passengers can find it. GOODS AS WELL AS PASSENGERS Carrying space rather than seats? Publish capacity by weight and take documents and small parcels along your route. KNOW HOW YOU ARE DOING Your statistics separate passenger trips from goods trips, chart how your bookings are trending day by day, and show what you have earned. WHAT IT COSTS YOU The app is free to download and free to register. Passengers pay you directly for the ride — AiGo never handles the fare and takes no share of it. That includes the monthly fee for a school van or office transport seat, which is agreed between you and the passenger and paid straight to you. AiGo charges you a service fee for connecting you with passengers. It is a fee for a real-world transport service, settled directly with AiGo through our secure payment provider. New drivers receive a starting allowance once their vehicle is approved. BEFORE YOU START Register your vehicle with its photos, your licence and its documents. AiGo reviews them before you can carry passengers, which is the same check every other driver on the platform has passed. Available in English, Sinhala and Tamil.
