Glyph Oath is a logic game set in an Egyptian tomb. Every hall you enter holds a row of sealed doors and a row of stone gods. Each god has sworn an oath, carved entirely in pictograms. Each god either always tells the truth or always lies, and you are not told which. Exactly one door is the clear passage down. Find it. The oaths are the whole game. There is no reading comprehension to do and no language to learn beyond eight picture signs: a door hides this, a door does not hide this, that god lies, that god is honest, one of these two doors is clear, both of these are deadly, the clear door is further left, and — deeper in — if that door is clear then that god is honest. Chain them together, decide, hold the door until the seal breaks. • Every hall is machine-verified before you see it. A solver checks that the oaths and the one exposed statue point to exactly one door. If a layout is ambiguous it is thrown away and rebuilt. You will never meet an unsolvable hall. • Three tombs that change the rules, not the wallpaper. The Tomb of the Scribe teaches with three doors and two statues. The Tomb of the Falcon adds a fourth door and mute statues that swear nothing at all. The Tomb of the Devourer adds conditional oaths and marks one door with the jaws of Amit, which costs two torches instead of one. • Twelve depths per tomb, three stars each — reach the floor, keep to a single mistake, and average under forty five seconds a hall. • Three torches per descent. A scorpion puts one out and resets the hall. A cave-in ends the run where you stand. A treasure pays scarabs and slams shut again. • Clear three halls in a row on the first try and your scarabs double. Six in a row and they triple. • Amulets for the moments deduction cannot save you: the Eye of Horus reveals one door, the Amulet of Thoth exposes a statue's nature, the Mirror of Hathor relights a lost torch. • A sanctum of five upgrade branches — more torches, more sand in the glass, a scribe who remembers your marks, deeper amulet stores, and richer offerings. • Daily readings in the Oracle Hall, plus one shared oracle room a day, the same layout for everyone, one attempt only. • Endless Descent for a single number: how deep can you read? • One thumb, portrait, no timers running while you are away, no account, no ads, and every scrap of progress stored on your own device.
