CarbShift is a personal food log for people who eat on a repeating High, Medium and Low carb cycle. It is not medical advice. Nutrition figures come from Open Food Facts. • Welcome: four pages titled Shift what you eat, Find, then place, Aim this cycle (Energy kcal, Protein g, Carbs g, Fat g), and Macro cycling. Skip with defaults writes 2000 kcal, 120 g protein, 220 g carbs and 65 g fat. • Today shows energy eaten against the day's aim, plus Protein, Carbs and Fat. The current Macro cycling phase and days remaining sit on the hub. Four slots - Shift One, Shift Two, Shift Three and Bridge - list what has been eaten. • Logging is a three-step wizard: Find a pack, Set the amount, Place the shift. Search the catalog by name, Scan a pack with the camera, or Type a barcode (or a URL that contains one). • Set the amount shows Per 100 g macros, a Grams field and This portion totals. Unknown macros display as unknown. Hold as a wish saves the pack to Hold wishes. • Place the shift chooses Eaten today or Plan ahead (up to 14 days) and a slot. Bridge is eaten-only; a future date remaps it to Shift Two. • Review eaten lists eaten rows by slot for any day and can delete a row. Project week previews the next 14 days of inherited carb aims and planned packs; Mark eaten converts a planned pack. • Hold wishes stores barcode-unique packs and can Shift eaten or Plan ahead. Aim targets edits daily Energy, Protein, Carbs and Fat, re-runs Welcome, or resets all data. Contact CarbShift opens the support page. • Shift carbs sets a 2- to 5-day loop of High, Medium and Low bands and carb grams. Today inherits that day's carb split. • A bundled local shelf (Steep Green Tea, Crunch Apple, Spoon Ricotta, Crack Eggs, Scoop Hummus, Roast Sweet Potato) is used when the catalog is empty or offline. Resolved packs are cached on the device. All logs, aims, the cycle and wishes stay in local JSON files. There is no account, no ads and no in-app purchase. Use it to place packs on a carb cycle and compare energy and macros with the aims you set.
