Most home bakers own more recipes than they will ever bake. What they do not have is a syllabus - something that says which technique to work on this week, how long to whip it, and what the crack in the crust actually means. PatissierPath is that syllabus. Choose a specialty and the app builds your week from its own technique library: doughs and batters, creams and fillings, meringues, chocolate work, sugar work and decor. Five practice days, each with a short list of drills. Some are timed - whip a French meringue to stiff peaks for eight minutes, hold tempered chocolate at 31 degrees for fifteen. Some are counted. One day each week is theory, and it ends in a five-question quiz. Work the plan and your record fills in. A technique becomes Practiced after your first drill and Mastered after the third. Practice days feed a streak. Every rank - Apprentice, Commis, Patissier, Sous-Chef, Master Patissier - is gated by three plain counters: days completed, techniques studied, and the rank exam. When an exam is still locked, the app tells you exactly which counter is short.
