GUIDED MEDITATION Follow guided meditation sessions set inside these calming environments, designed to help you release tension, quiet a busy mind, and build a regular mindfulness practice. BREATHING EXERCISES Simple, guided breathing exercises to help you regulate stress in the moment, whether you're winding down before sleep or taking a break during a hard day. BODY SCAN Progressive body scan sessions guide your attention gently through the body, helping you notice tension and let it go, one part at a time. The application offers three modes of control: Movement using a joystick connected to the phone (e.g. via Bluetooth) Movement by looking at the movement icon Automatic movement in the direction of view All options are enabled in the settings before launching each virtual world.
