Welcome to Mosquash, the audio reflex-based accuracy game where you only need your ears. Designed from the ground up for total accessibility, Mosquash challenges you to track, catch, and squash pesky mosquitoes using only 3D spatial audio. THE GAMEPLAY In a world with no visuals, you are the center of the action. Using advanced spatial sound, you must listen for the tell-tale buzz of a mosquito. Air Catch: Tap exactly where you hear the buzz to catch it mid-air for maximum points. Mosquash: Listen for the heartbeat! That means it’s landed on you. Double-tap anywhere to squash it before it bites. FEATURES Fully Accessible: Built specifically for blind and visually impaired players with a built-in screen reader for health and score updates. 3D Spatial Audio: High-fidelity sound cues that change in pitch, volume, and muffle based on the mosquito's position. Survival Mode: How long can you last when the swarm arrives? After successfully finishing the first four scenes, in the survival mode, mosquitoes will not fly towards you but three mosquitoes will spawn simultaneously in different places and you have ten seconds before they bite. High Score Tracking: Compete with yourself to be the world's mightiest Mosquasher. REQUIREMENTS Headphones Required: For the best and intended gameplay experience, to accurately track the mosquitoes in 3D space, you are invited to wear stereo headphones. Self-Voicing App: Mosquash is a self-voicing game with its own built-in narration and audio cues. Please turn off system screen readers (like TalkBack or Voice Assistant) before playing to ensure your single-taps and double-taps register correctly. TUTORIAL: Press two fingers for three seconds to restart from the tutorial phase. Welcome to Mosquash. This is an audio accuracy game with no visuals. Use headphones for the intended gameplay experience. Tap once to hear the next tip. You are in the center of the screen. When you hear a mosquito buzz, tap once where you think the mosquito is to perform an air catch. The faster you perform an air catch, the more points you will get. If you miss, there will be a two-point health penalty. A successful air catch rewards you with one health point. If the mosquito lands on you, it will stop buzzing and you will hear a two-second heartbeat. Tap anywhere twice to Mosquash! If you do nothing, the mosquito will bite and vanish, costing you five health points. Between mosquito spawns, if you press and hold one finger for two seconds, the game will pause and your stats will be announced. Continue holding for three more seconds to toggle vibration. To restart from the tutorial phase press two fingers for three seconds. The game will be starting shortly. Stay calm and don't spam. HAVE FUN!
