Sensory overload from enticing, colorful attention-grabbing icons is fooling your brain into thinking the screen is important. Impulse-driven apps hijack your focus. People end up distracted by notifications, procrastinating and wasting away their lives on mindless scrolling. We open apps absentmindedly and fill our minds with cognitive noise that makes us overwhelmed by those dopamine-wasting apps. Apps that you open on impulse and that steal your attention. Instead of drowning in your screen, reduce distraction and block with the blocker. A clean wallpaper and icons that are simply text (or emojis if you want ^^). Manage overstimulation, and simplify your digital space. 😌🌱 Simplicity with a wholesome, calm atmosphere and quick navigation. Customizable digital minimalism and digital detox in a modern dumb phone for deliberate use. Stay focused with a remarkable experience, promoting positive and productive habits and deep work. Reduce screen time and digital clutter. With this home screen, you still have easy access to useful smartphone apps, like for example your bus/metro/train ticket, calendar, notes, or maps. Bring balance to your digital life by managing distracting apps. Welcome back your focus and attention! --- Dumbphone combines the simplicity of a dumbphone with the versatility of a smartphone.
