Getting started with the Silhouette Clinic’s app is as simple as registering with the clinic’s program, download the app in the Apple Store and Google Play and log in. The Silhouette Clinic will provide you with a scale that connects with the App to track data such as your weight, BMI, body fat percentage, hydration and fitness activity. This allows you to track your progress daily and to help you success with your weight loss journey.
