DUTA, still in beta, is a new generation News Reader app, using an ultralight and robust transport protocol engineered to remain operational through a wide range of network disruptions. It is optimized for minimal resource use and intended to support secure, reliable broadcast for news organizations, protest organizers, civil society groups, public service announcements and emergency responders in disaster zones.
