Game Mode is a game launcher and device-monitoring tool for understanding your phone while you play. It does not modify game files, change settings inside a game, increase FPS, reduce game latency, or guarantee better performance.
GAME LAUNCHER
Choose installed games, keep them in one place and open one when you are ready to play. Before a launch, a check reads memory, ping and temperature and marks readings outside its printed thresholds as notes. Games you open most often move to the front.
HOME-SCREEN WIDGET
An optional widget shows the games you added: tap one to open it through the same pre-launch check, or tap the last slot to add another. Free for everyone.
FLOATING DEVICE HUD
With your permission, an optional floating panel can appear over another app while you play, showing a session timer and readings Android makes available:
- screen refresh rate in Hz (not game FPS)
- free memory
- battery temperature
- connection latency measured to a public DNS endpoint (not a game server)
Readings depend on the device and Android version; unavailable values are not presented as measured results. The HUD requires Android's "Display over other apps" permission and runs with a visible notification that includes a stop action. With optional Usage access, it offers to jump back or end the session when you switch away. Two small corner overlays can show refresh rate and ping on their own.
DEVICE CHECK
A read-only check: the readings above plus storage, battery level and battery health as reported by Android. Nothing is changed.
AI NETWORK CHECK
Ten real samples to a public DNS endpoint in 10 seconds: average ping, jitter and lost samples, then a grade for each of your games from your own sessions on that connection type. Predictions from your own data, not guarantees; nothing is changed.
SESSION HISTORY AND STABILITY
With the HUD on, a session that meets a minimum duration is saved locally with duration, average refresh rate, ping, temperature peak and battery change. A stability figure is computed only from measured minutes - the share without display-rate drops or ping spikes - and is hidden when data is thin. Review recent sessions per game; history beyond 7 days is part of VIP. You can export a session summary as an image.
AI GAME COACH
An on-device model learns from your recorded sessions: when drops usually start and when the phone reaches 40°C per game, plus a stability, battery and temperature forecast before a launch. AI Deep Report adds curves, best conditions and trend per game (rewarded ad for 24 hours; VIP any time). Nothing is uploaded; predictions from your own data, not guarantees.
GFX GUIDE
The app reads total memory, CPU cores and display rate to suggest a conservative starting point for graphics options. Manual suggestions only: review them and apply any game setting yourself. The app does not test game FPS, edit game files, or apply settings inside a game.
OTHER TOOLS
An on-screen reaction-time mini-game. Two launch modes apply only when you open a game from My Games. Ultra Mode applies your play profile: auto-brightness off at your chosen level, screen kept awake, auto-rotate off and media volume (brightness and rotation need Modify system settings; the wake lock runs in a visible foreground service with a stop button). Focus Mode turns on Do Not Disturb while you play (requires Do Not Disturb access). Everything is restored when you return to the app; each item has its own switch. The app does not close other apps.
ADS AND VIP
The free version contains ads. Some optional features unlock by watching a rewarded ad you choose; an unlock lasts a limited time, then the feature switches off. VIP removes all ads, unlocks every feature without time limits, and adds VIP extras: AI Deep Reports any time, Live Coach reminders while you play, full per-game session history, watermark-free image export and an extended monitor color set. Purchase terms and localized prices are shown in the app before purchase.
